Many BIOSes have settings to turn on USB keyboard support for DOS. Even though
DOS doesn't support USB, the BIOS makes it look like a `legacy' keyboard.

Otherwise you would have to find an old keyboard and hook it up in order to do
things like tell Windows to boot into safe mode, or format and reinstall, etc.
