[techtalk] Protocals for this list

Thanks to all who answered my initial post "Goodby Windows, hello Linux."  
Which brings up a question.  I don't see any easy way to respond on the list 
directly.  That is, there is no way to respond except by clicking on an 
individual's e-mail address.  Does sending a reply this way automatically 
become a message on this list or does it go privately to the addressee?
