I recognize the case... someone on mp3car.com is selling a system based
around this part for under $500... i suppose a $200 margin is worth my
time looking into it...



i found one good website with information on decoding the unilink bus...

he's broken it down into what the general network protocol is... but I
don't think anyone's figured out how playback controls are negotiated...

this sort of thing could save ppl with a sony car stereo head a lot of
hassle and a bit of cash (for the lcd)...
