[techtalk] nice in NT/Win2k?

I play sysadmin at home but learning NT, fortunately it isn't used as the main OS here. <g>
Yes there is a way to do that. In NT open the task manager and right click on the process, there is an option for priority level. As far as I know that is the only way to change a service. There might be others but this should help some.
