[techtalk] no-HTML-format request

Hi all.

For those of you who send mail in HTML format, could you please stop? 
Sending HTML-formatted mail is considered a pretty serious breach of
netiquette, and I really have to ask that people be courteous and send
in plain-text ASCII only.  Don't send HTML as well, just ASCII, and
nothing but ASCII.

Thanks very much for your cooperation.  If you don't know how to shut
off HTML-formatting, please read your mail client help file/manual.
