You don't really need to boot from a floppy, just make sure that you have
in your /etc/lilo.conf the correct device name to boot from and you write
lilo onto
your master boot record.

Heh.  The only problem that exists is between NT, I don't think Windows9x
has a problem with lilo in the mbr.
