[techtalk] C++ or Is It GCC or is it g++?

I'm running Caldera 2.2 at home and discovered that it doesn't have
C++ (or mcedit - which I happen to like - but that's another topic).

I have indeed found evidence of alot of C's on for example my InfoMagic
6 CD set and several ftp sites. My problem is : I don't know which one
is the c++ (or g++) I should install! For example
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/ has a lot of stuff listed and I don't know
what I should download!

Any advice or help is appreciated!

Caldera seems to lack the kind of development tools that SUSE and
Slackware provide. I wonder if the same is true of RedHat. It's very
nice for using WordPerfect and StarOffice though.
