Oh, I know this all sounds very lawyer like. But I think a patent would let
you do things like build or make things patented as long as one doesn't see
them. It all turns on touchy details. So if you have you DIY (Do It Yourself)
it would be legal and ethical. But it is very gray and I am sure people have
different ideas about this whole issue. But this is hard a techtalk thing. So
I will leave it at that.

P.S. I wonder if this will change as "linux" gets recognized as important. I
mean will there be an issue about this....But right now outside of major
university and techie areas, like here linux is still pretty much unknown.
