[techtalk] winmodem sound driver

Not really...a 56k modem is better anyday :) But there may be slight 
performance loss on the machine. Of how much, I don't know, as I've never 
used a winmodem, but I wouldn't imagine it'd be huge (else winmodem's 
wouldn't have took off in the first place).
