I have seen this kind of pages a few times on the web. You are right, this
is not simple. As far as I know you have to use JavaScript to
automatically reload your page immediately after the user has made the
last (in your case: second) choice.

I don't know details about this; my first try would be a web search for
JavaScript tutorials and/or examples.
