[prog] Ncurses

Thanks for the help Mr.Ching, but I it does not cover basic groundups for a
person who don't know what ncurses is.Also example program they had supplied
didn't work in my Konsole(RH Linux 7.1).I've been hunting  in Google without
much sucess.Any help?
