Jimen,

Thank you very much for the link. After looking over
Bill Gatliff's script I found my problem (I had
forgotton to cd into the M68 subdirectory for the
cross). I just ran my fixed script & everything
compiled without a hitch.

Bill Gatliff maintains a gcc cross compiler build
script.  You might be
able to find something at his website:
