[Philly-chix] Website files now available on GitHub

Hi everyone,

As many of you know, I moved to San Francisco a few years ago. No more
Philly Chix for me - sad! But I've continued to host the website at
phillychix.org and am happy to do so.

However, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to remain as the only
one in control of the site, so I've gone ahead and uploaded all the
website files to GitHub:

https://github.com/pleia2/phillychix

I invite anyone who is interested in updating the site to submit pull
requests against it as needed.

And if you have no idea what github or pull requests are and want to
update the website, don't be shy, let me know :) I just started using
GitHub this year myself and am happy to help anyone get up to speed.
