Adafruit and Sparkfun for microcontroller/sensor parts (or
occasionally Maker Shed); Jameco for basic electronic components;
Pololu for anything to do with motors.

Anchor Electronics and Halted for basic components when I was
in the bay area and wanted to browse in person.
