Warby Parker is searching for a hard-working Senior Manager of IT Risk,
Security, and Compliance to join our 60+ person on-site engineering team
and help build the next great lifestyle brand. If you’re eager to join a

*What you’ll do:*

   - Interact with our technology, legal, and business stakeholders to
   understand risks critical to infrastructure and define potential business
   impact
   - Develop, prioritize, and publish comprehensive company-wide
   strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to IT compliance,
   as well as information privacy and security
   - Define, coordinate, execute, and assess audits with other members of
   our Technology team to create pragmatic action plans and monitor their
   execution and completion
   - Actively participate on our CSIRT and own security-related incident
   responses
   - Develop, prioritize, and publish an organization-wide risk register to
   reflect the company’s overall risk profile
   - Advise senior leadership on risk management issues

*Who you are:*

   - Experienced with IT Risk, Security, and Compliance Management
   principles, including industry leading practices, industry frameworks, and
   process flows
   - Comfortable managing a SOX, SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI compliance program
   - Deeply knowledgeable about information technology, security, and
   regulatory compliance
   - Able to influence cross-departmental projects to get successful
   outcomes
   - A well-rounded worker with strong analytical, communication, research,
   and organizational skills
   - An experienced participant on a company’s internal Information
   Security Committee

*Extra credit:*

   - Experience working in an Information Security function
   - Certification in CISM, CRISC, CISSP, SSCP or similar certification a
   plus
