The Institute for Humana and Machine Cognition (IHMC) in sunny Pensacola, Florida is currently accepting applications for Summer 2018 internships! Internship opportunities include positions in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering. Our lab houses Boston Dynamics’ Atlas robot used in the DARPA Robotics Challenge and IHMC’s Exoskeleton used in the first ever Cybathlon, plus other ongoing robotics related projects. Do folks need pre-existing work visas for your country? Applicants must have work authorization to work in the United States.
Is a relocation allowance part of the salary package? We offer travel stipends to offset relocation costs.
Can we telecommute? No, much of our research is hands-on, so in-person attendance is required of interns.
