*Lead Software Distribution Engineer

*Job Summary:*
Ocarina is seeking a self-driven individual to design and build its Product
Release Build and Packaging infrastructure and processes.

*Job Responsibilities:*

   - Build and Maintain Linux distribution used in Ocarina products.
   - Ensure consistent GPL compliance for each product release.
   - Ensure smooth upgradability between release versions.
   - Design and Build automated infrastructure for reproducible software
   builds.
   - Own Product Release processes.
   - Work with Dev, Systems, and Testing Teams to plan release schedules.

*Qualifications:*

   - Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux distribution maintenance.
   - Strong knowledge of Linux packaging technologies. (RPM)
   - Strong knowledge of GNU build tools. (Autoconf, Automake, Make)
   - Strong knowledge of Java build tools. (Ant, Maven)
   - Strong knowledge of scripting. (Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby)
   - Strong release process experience.
   - BS in CS, EE or related field.
