(Jr/Intermediate) UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

·       Monitor the system to proactively identify problems.

·       Implements all upgrades as directed.

·       Handle system backups and recovery as needed.

·       Handle problem resolution and tracks problems/changes.

·       Implements systems changes as directed.

·       Executes job and maintenance as directed.


Qualifications:
2-5 years of  UNIX system administration experience (preferably
Solaris/Linux). Experience in 24/7 NOC environment helpful.  Must be willing
to work all shifts on a rotational basis. Good understanding of UNIX based
operating systems required.
