[IndiChix] LinuxChix India Birthday Celebration Planning

Hello everyone,

LinuxChix India has completed 2 years (in November) after its revival. We
are planning to celebrate the same towards the end of December.

Ayan had some interesting ideas related to this

We are also looking for volunteers and more ideas that we can implement.
