[IndiChix] [X-POST] Call for "I Know What You Are Going To Do This Summer 2009"

Hi,

I am a M.S. student and would like to join the summer Training 2009 ,to
learn and apply the programming skills to my project work, I am working with
neutron monitor ,sun spot and cloud cover data base and need some advanced
skills to modify data according to the requirements.
Can you please suggest some powerful language for data manipulation...
