I have a draft ready but am awaiting details so once that drops in,
will mail the list for votes.  Talking of hosting, I'd like to get
some feedback on these points from sysadmin experts :

1. why is ssh access important for those maintaining the server
(eg..to take backups, set permissions, etc...). Positives and
negatives of no ssh access.
2. Importance of data transfer availablity.
