[IndiChix] Just an opinion

Hi all

I have been mostly a silent observer of this mailing list, I came to know of LinuxChix only in last December at the FOSS meet in Bangalore..
It interests me to be a part of this group, to be involved in all the technical discussions (sorry I was not much involved but I followed the mails closely)
But it pains to see what has been going on in this list since past few days. I do not want to quote anyone but the content was mostly "what I did, what she did, what she said" etc. Instead of mulling over past, I think we should see what we need to do now. Instead of  "what I did last year", I think it would be better if we could think "what to do this year". I am sure a lot of people on this list have contributed in lot many ways and I hope they would continue that, and I am sure there would be more contributors. But perhaps we should remember that there are many people(including college students) on this list who would simply lose interest if argumentative mails  fly across. 

Wikipedia is really a great way of highlighting things. We can have a
section on "current issues", and suggest your solution for the
problems. I have seen lot of suggestion for lot of things in this list,
sometimes I think we lose valuable suggestions amidst something else.
