May be, we could have a seperate page for 4.3.1 - Specific projects
and name projects and people to contact to, for volunteering for
specified tasks.


Some imaginary examples are:

1. KDE marathi l10n
<a short blurb here>
contact: priti patil <email id>

2. Fedora bengali l10n
<a short blurb here, may also include stats>
contact: runa b <email id>

3. Gnome foobar theme
<needs new icons or some such blurb>
contact: foo < email>

This would give a fair idea to a would-be volunteer and segregate tasks
depending on the kind of effort it requires.
