Er... Swatantra and Swadhinata are both Sanskrit words, and
essentially the same in languages other than Bangla (Hindi, for
example).

That's exactly my point- there *is* no language-free name. Brrgflx?
But even that needs you to know English to read it, even if it doesn't
have an English meaning.

:-) Well, what I'm saying is that if we have to change from LinuxChix
India, we should have good reasons for it, and be clear that what we
end up with serves the intended purpose.

Right. Maybe we can concentrate on the kind of activities/events we
are involved in, instead of letting people criticise us on our name.
