[IndiChix] Chapter Name suggestions

Yes, and the entire interface is also localised. Makes sense.

But how would the many different kinds of non-English-speaking people
in India benefit any more from a LinuxChix chapter called, say,
"MudraNix" (written in English), whose web site is also in English,
and which discusses name changes on a mailing list where everyone
speaks English? How is "LinuxChix India" any worse?

Besides, for a non-English-speaking audience, "chix" doesn't have the
negative connotations that people are objecting to here.
