Not the same - I have a "HowTo" category and "Business" category I also 
have a "Cooking" category

The way you are suggesting will mean that to get Business + HowTo will 
need HowTo as sub-cat for Business and if I want  Cooking+ HowTo then I 
need another HowTo sub-cat in Cooking....


In the very least -messy :(
