Heya all,

I'm not all that active on this list, but i have pointed a number of my
friends and relatives (both men and women) at this list as a nice place
to get one's feet wet. However, the more than average amount of
bickering on this list seems to put a lot of people off.

Do you think it makes sense to split this list into two, indichix and
indichix-admin (or something like that) so that people who are more
interested in the content of the lists/sites as opposed to the politics
can get a better signal/noise ratio?
