[IndiChix] City Meetup pages

Hi Everyone,

Added a new section in the wiki main page for the City meets:

http://www.linuxchix.org.in/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#LC-IN_City_Meets

At the moment only Bangalore and Pune are listed.

The main page can have the Date, Time and Place details for the latest 
scheduled meet (just to ensure we do not clutter too much). Each city 
has its own city meet page for recording detailed information related to 
the past and upcoming events. The Bangalore Page is here:
