Hi Priti,
I wasnt referring to any attachment. Ther is no link either. I just passed on info that I wanted to share since I had attended that press briefing. This is just to let the OSS community know that KC is serious about Open Source and that developer community must look into it and work in tandem with e-governance initiatives.
