take a poll - Men allowed or not?

Hi all,
to help us formulate policy and regulate membership, pls take this 
poll:

this will help us decide if its ok for majority to have the group open 
to men as well or keep it just for women.

personally i think its good to have men as well no harm done!
the poll ends on 17th august.
