It was founded by an Ottawa Linux and Free Software advocate named
Andrew Hutton. Both he and other coordinators of the conference seem to
be also members of the Ottawa Canada Linux Users Group (OCLUG), but
OCLUG doesn't seem to directly oversee OLS. So I can only assume that
it's a band of mostly volunteers from the local community, much like the
other grassroots FOSS conferences. Anyone got more info?
