[courses] [C] Lesson 10: having trouble doing the exercises

I've only tried #2 (and I have no idea how to do #1) and I have been getting 
absolutely nowhere. I don't think there is sufficient explanation on how to 
operate down at bit level, or how to move through all the bits in an int. If 
there was a way (or I knew the way) to move through all the bits in an int, 
#2 would be a lot easier. I'm just not getting it
