Well I didnt really see the need to be able to ssh into the gateway. Its got nothing interesting on it. The only machine I might need to access remotely is my desktop, and to do that I'd have to set up some sort of forwarding cause of its private address. And I have no clue how to do that (would dearly love to learn though) :)
And also, when I saw the ssh listening on the public interface, it became a challenge to see if I could work out how to stop it doing that (turned out to be very easy :)

Yep :) And I also want to figure out how to stop the udp on the external. But thats on the backburner till I figure out my font problems. But thats another story :)

No I want to stop it, but thats also another project :) I have read the webpage on stopping it, but when got to the bit about how to stop it when not using startx, it got shelved in the "need to read this carefully" shelf :) But it will get done. Tomorrow....
