Practical C Programming (Re: [Courses] Book, etc.)

writing up lessons isn't really that hard.
thousands of notes from a lot of different universities exist online and a lot of them are as good as a book :)
+ why should there be only one person(coordinator) teaching this? 
That doesn't make sense to me.
The more the better.
