[Courses] C-course webpage

Dear fellow C-studiers,

I apologize for not getting the webpage up when I said I would. Last Thursday I set about starting our webpage. Last Friday I found myself suddenly without a job. :(  I'm taking a few days away from the computer just to readjust. I hope to do our webpage this weekend. If anyone is particularly proud of her solution to any of the exercises in Chs 1--6 and wishes it to be posted on the page, go ahead and email it to me or to the list.

Hope eveyone is enjoying Chs 7--9.
