deadlines list:

Feb 8: Chapters 1,2 and 3
Feb 22: Chapters 4,5 and 6
March 8: Chapters 7,8 and 9
March 22: Chapters 10,11 and 12
April 5: Chapters 13,14,15
April 19: Chapters 16,17,18
May 3: Chapters 19,20,21
May 17:Chapters 22,23
