[Courses] re: [C] lesson15

It was a strange lesson, but that is how the chapter in the book was,
almost verbatim.  I really couldn't adlib on it because I didn't "get"
the method he was using to teach it.  I think he should have somehow
come up with some source code that illustrated the points he was
trying to make. Maybe it works so differently on each platform that
trying to come up with real world examples was too difficult? Who knows?

Did you read any of the floating-point tutorials or links that I 
included in the HTML file in the tarball?  I think reading those will 
be the real lesson in floating point.

To those who are involved in creating a C course: if you are going to
include something about floating-point in the course, then please read
the tutorials and look at the links that I included in the HTML file
in the lesson 15 tarball.
