[Announce] IRC Server down: we're working on it

Users of our IRC server:

The machine hosting our IRC started having serious disk problems
earlier today, and IRC is currently down.

We're working to move IRC to our regular web/email host; that's
turning out to be a bit complicated, so it may take a few days. If
you can't connect to IRC, or get strange messages when you try,
please bear with us. With any luck, IRC will be back fairly soon.
