Thanks to Erinn Clark, there is now a debian-women at lists.debian.org. Yaaayyy! 

       " The debian-women list has now been created. It is an
un-moderated mailing list for Debian users and developers who wish to
involve more women in the Debian project. For discussion and sharing
of ideas as well as project collaboration.
