[Announce] RBL filtering

Simegen.com has moved, and we have now implemented RBL filtering of our
incoming mail.

This will affect all mail to @linuxchix.org and @anthill.echidna.id.au

If this blocks anyone from mailing to us, you can let us know via the
IRC, or via asking someone to forward mail to us. However, it probably
means your mail server needs to close a relay or some such.

Mary, you may wish to add this to the main FAQ.
