[announce] IP Masquerading presentation rescheduled for 2/16 meeting

Hi, everyone,

I've exchanged e-mail with Andy Wilson, and the IP Masquerading presentation
originally scheduled for tonight *will* be given at our next regularly
scheduled meeting on February 16th.  Please mark you calendars and hope that
Murphy will be absent next time :)
