[announce] Ottawa chapter meeting

First Ottawa chapter meeting has been scheduled:

When: Wednesday, October 6th
Where: "Oh So Good..." Cafe, on Murray Street (in the Market between
Parent and Dalhousie)

So far I think there are 4 or 5 of us planning to be there.  Anyone is
welcome to attend.
