[announce] Triangle meeting tonight

Hi, everyone,

Just a reminder that the next Triangle (Raleigh/Durham, NC) LinuxChix
meeting is,  from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the Treybrooke Clubhouse, 201
Treybrooke Drive, in Morrisville, just 10 minutes from RTP.

We will have a presentation of Developing for Linux on the Desktop by
Michelle Leonard of Inovision Corporation. She will be talking about
releasing a product on the Linux OS, and the advantages linux gives her
company over the competition. She will also talk about the initial reaction
Inovision received at a tradeshow last month, and discuss what has been
"easy" development, and what has been "hard". There may also be some cool
videos as part of her

Sandwiches and sodas will be served, and this will also be a great chance to
network with the cool women of the Triangle Linux community.  Please bring
$3 for the snackgrrl so that she can cover her costs, and drop Ann a note,
if you haven't already, at fred at duke.stat.edu to let her know you are coming
for her headcount.  As always, everyone is welcome, regardless of how much
experience you have with Linux.  We strive to be newbie friendly!
