[Actionchix] Design Team: Drupal Themes Upload

I incorporated some of the feedback in terms of adding some red with a
mixture of several other colors and used a different theme to come up with
this: http://magazine.linuxchix.org/. It's a better outcome than the first
attempt but still needs a little more something. Any suggestions?
I got the ad from https://www.google.com/adsense/static/en_US/AdFormats.html.
I'm having trouble creating a Drupal Block for the ads. I'll try to figure
that out later.
Rolla what do you think about signing up for Google AdSense?
