[Actionchix] design comps format?

Hi,

we never really clarified the format of design comps - whether comped
out in html/css or if they should be presented as image comps.

I think we probably should have said something in the initial
announcement like "designs that *lend themselves well to* ...
accessibility, standards, etc". 

So, can I assume that design ideas can be submitted as images?
