Sure! Off the top of my head, this is what will happen in the migration
phase:

* Figuring out who wants to be involved. If you want to volunteer,
please let me know! Or just post here. Also, let me know what portions
you can help with.

* Setting up a migration server. I have a computer that has enough RAM
to run both instances, but the machine needs a little maintenance before
it's ready to have Linux installed on it. I think I can have this done
this weekend. Anyone interested in helping with sysadmin? Or anyone want
to volunteer another box for the migration server? Can we eventually run
this on the ODSL server when it's available? I think it would be good to
have test instances up, although in an ideal world, they wouldn't be on
the same machine as production.

* Setting up our migration environment. At a minimum, this will be a
running instance of the latest Plone and also a running instance of a
backup of our site. Make sure we have a process in place to restore both
these sites as we develop.

* Writing migration scripts. These will most likely be XML-RPC to pull
data out of the current site and push it into Plone. We'll probably run
the scripts through HTML Tidy to generate xhtml and see what happens.
We're also open to any suggestions on further cleanups on the HTML code
as part of migration, so HTML experts please speak up!

I'd like to have a working migration script in the next two weeks. I
suspect most of the time will be spent not writing the migration scripts
but the stuff that leads up to them. What do y'all think?

Dancer (or whomever) -- can you provide a backup for us? And also
provide any information on the Zope version and any modifications made
to it?

Jen
