[Actionchix] LinuxChix as a legal entity

Note - Linuxchix doesn't have to be the legal entity involved. If
there's issues with the name Linuxchix for the entity, simply form up
the absolute minimum requirement for a group that meets a qualification
as some form of sleek legal entity (a trust, a holding, whatever), give
it any name we like, assign it the rights, and go.

There's no reason that you can't put together GirlGeeks Media Holdings,
assign the rights for a dollar, and have it handle licensing for any
linuxchix logos and representations.

It satisfies the basics: A group of people. A legal entity. No tradename
issues.
