Hi David,

I can't get qtractor to run on my machine (for some reason it locks up)
so I can't help there. But looking at the website for qtractor I notice
it needs ALSA (Advanced Linux Sound Architecture). I notice you're using
PulseAudio, which I don't have any experience with. From what you've
posted it looks like you have ALSA available, because Jack mentions it.
Maybe you can make a connection between qtractor output and ALSA out in
the Jack connection panels... but I'm just guessing, not being able to
experiment with it.

If it still doesn't make sound make sure ALSA is working properly.
Perhaps try running alsamixer in a terminal. Or check your OS's sound
system settings for choices regarding ALSA.

Cheers,

	- Miriam
