[Techtalk] Munging and Wrapping Testing Summary

Another vote for selective munging.

I might look into whether there's already a feature request in mailman to not add the 'From' address as a reply-to header when munging if a reply-to
header is already present. The original 'From' address should still be captured, but maybe there's a different place to store that information.
