Hey all,

I have a nice IBM Thinkpad T42 for sale. Everything works. It has Linux Mint 
XFCE installed, and it runs any Linux except those with KDE4 just fine.

30GB hard drive

14.1" TFT, the nice square screen and not one of these modern "wide" screens 
with the bottoms chopped off

AC'97 dialup modem, RJ-11 port (don't know if it works on Linux)
S-Video out
VGA port for external monitor 
Printer parallel port
Mic and headphone ports

The battery is still good for a couple hours. It comes with the AC adapter and 
nothing else- no Windows or recovery disks or any of that stuff.

It looks good, except the top is a bit scratched up from normal wear and tear. 
Everything works, the CPU fan is quiet, the screen is nice and sharp with no 
dead pixels. Give this nice machine a good home today! Contact me offlist
